My car 2004 530 has 75K and I was thinking it's time for maintaince. Wanted to start by changing the spark plus, does anyone have picture or comments. I am thinking its pretty easy, but then again it a BMW. ANy other maintaince recomendations at 75k would be appreciated.

Search the forum. There are several DYI posts regarding this topic. In particular, Lawrence's DYI regarding changing the plugs is the "gold standard" of DYIs.

The plugs are recommended to be replaced at 100k miles (not KM's) but I opted to change them around 60,000 miles. Follow Lawrence's DIY.....Easy peasy.

Just got new spark plugs for 40 LVL, or 80 USD, or 57 EUR ..installed by dealer. Why DIY?

I called dealership, and the guy said they last over 100K Miles.. so dont worry about them unless you face an issue. Why change them at 62500 Miles?
Unfortunately, I reset all computer based service in my car when I bought it. Besides, I believe spark plug replace schedule in this car is mile based, not condition based.
Thanks.
