I tried the needle nose, but man that stuff is really tucked in and couldn't get deeper without messing up the rubber ring for airbag. I think the emblem will now be ballistic missile upon deployment
So now you'll have a lovely carbon fiber roundel embedded in your forehead too?? BTW, thanks for the heads-up on the roundel replacement, I've had a CF roundel sitting in my garage for a couple of months as I was concerned about this very same problem!

WHAT AN IDIOT I AM! I just replaced all emblmes w/black carbon... Thats the good news. The bad news is I did the hood, trunk and hubs first. They all popped off relatively easy (athough I left 2 little chip marks front and back (slightly an idiot)... Next, I did the steering wheel. Went behind the emblem with puddy knife and pryed for 1 secons. bent the emblem and said, ah wha tthe hell, rip it all off... Well, it had 5 clips permanently installed around the edges that now are fragments and sticking out from behind the rubber lip.

I immediatley called the expert0 Calton and said, HELP!!!!! He was awesome and refrained from laughing as much as possible (heard the smerk however) We figured that this was all one piece and I should have just attached the new emblem to the top of the old...

Therefore, PLEASE learn from me (the idiot) and just take the easy way and use adhesive on top of original emblem.
Hello can you put some pictures with your new emblems, because i'm curios how they look like.
Thanks.

Was a total joke. I figured I would get someone to fall for it. I actually called Gregg shortly after he did this, as he asked for my help. I told him I was going to post a reply to this thread and see if others took me serious. You fell for it Frank. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Gregg and his dad at the recent Tri-State Meet. The craziest part is...Gregg and I both happen to be Armenian. Ha!

I didn't fall for it... didn't you see my after my comment?

From what I gather with your previous postings, I don't think you have it in you to rip someone like that. Although I'm probably a minority here who thinks that. (that's a joke). While I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you, I think you're a decent guy (aside from those toes) (that's another joke).
