I tried the needle nose, but man that stuff is really tucked in and couldn't get deeper without messing up the rubber ring for airbag. I think the emblem will now be ballistic missile upon deployment
BTW, thanks for the heads-up on the roundel replacement, I've had a CF roundel sitting in my garage for a couple of months as I was concerned about this very same problem!
