Does anyone know how to remove a 2004 530i e60 front door sill strip?

...Does anybody here at the forum knows how to take out the old drivers side "sill strip front" in a 2004 530i E60?

there's four snap-in clips. just yank up one on end, the rest will follow.

Question: should one as well buy some new clips for this thing or are they re-usable after popping the sills off with normal force?

it looks like the clips are made to be reusable. they snapped back in tight.

might want to get some more just incase, they tend to break.
