Is there a way for all brake lights to light up instead of just the inside ones?

the led rods are the parking lights, and the inner bulbs are for braking. what else should light up?

I think in the US on pre LCI, both brake lights light up. So with LCI conversion both lights should work. In the UK Pre LCI only use 1 brake light, this is why only 1 work for the LCI conversion.

I do have a towbar and was thinking of tapping into the towbar brake light? Don't know if that would work.
