You got some great mods already - surely you can do this! Not a whole lot that can go wrong other than the drilling of the back console panel - and that would be easy enough to buy another one and send it to me to drill for you

How about I stream the photos to play in a slide show really fast?
It isn't too bad really. Each part of the project is pretty self contained and taken in small bites it would be easier to keep from getting overwhelmed with it. I started and completed the whole thing as a single weekend project. Started late Sat morning and Monday morning had heated seats

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
I hope to be installing this myself soon, this is an outstanding DIY and extremely detailed! Beware the two clips on the wood trim panel that house the power adaptors are only available as a complete assy with the cover. I damaged one of the clips and simply thought I could just go by a new one, wrong! I've searched everywhere and eventually was able to straighten the one clip that was damaged and reuse it. If anyone finds this clip out there please post on here.
