Cooling Fan

Hello, when i start my car cooling fan turns on after about 4-7 seconds. Is it normal ? It seams to work at a high speed. It doesnt stop, always on! Any suggestions?Should i check my A/C preasure? Wires?

Can you detail what engine and year your E60 is.

I don't think it should do that. Check coolant level. If it is HIGH, believe it or not, the fan tends to go on (at least in my car, though not so quickly).
