1. Take crowbar.
2. Jam thru bottom of radiator.
3. Clog up hole with JB Weld, potato, old bread, eggs, etc. (racing ideas).
4. Fill up with new antifreeze.
5. Absolutely not!!

I recently changed my radiator so I want to do a complete writeup on changing radiator but this should help you in the meantime.
Drain plug is on the bottom part of the radiator, on the passenger side.
Put car on ramps
Remove front bellypan by removing 8 phillips screws
Open drain plug
Disconnect expansion tank hose to drain remaining coolant if any is still left
This part I am not sure, will check diagrams and get back but there should be a drain hole on the exhaust side of the block. That is the case with E46 engines.
If you don't drain the block, you will still have some old coolant remaining
After everything has been drained, reconnect expansion tank hose, fill new coolant 50/50 mix (recommend BMW coolant)
There is a TIS for purging the cooling system
Good luck.

I was unable to find a plug but would recommend disconnecting the waterpump connection to the block. This should have the same effect and drain the remaining coolant in the block.
Regards.
