Overhere we have to change wheels in the fall and spring.
If you tighten the bolts to momentum (but not more) they
will open everytime needed and the wheel will come off with
some light violence.
Do not kick it first with what you have but shake it and then...

If the lubricant gets on the stud, you can easily overtighten (or risk easy loosening) of the nuts. If you have ever played around with a torque wrench, you will know this to be true, even though common sense should be good enough for most.
Don't use wd40 or anything else that will easily get onto the threads of the studs.
