I changed the air filter today, boy what a difference it made in performance, I didn't realize how much it needed changed. Thanks for all the posts on helping with this guys.

Question: I noticed another filter that is seated in the air filter cover - the top portion that you have to pull off to change the air filter. Maybe it goes to a mass air sensor or something? Anyway, does this need changed too?

That's the charcoal filter. Feel free to leave that out of the airbox.
