Is there a way of change the phone number bmw assist sends sms messages and calls to?

As i live in Norway and this service is not available here i like to Receive sms and calls on my handheld GSM.
I also think its possible to send a sms to the car and receive a sms with gps posision.Great if car gets stolen.
Grateful for all available information about this and sms commands.
