CD Magazine Stuck

Does anyone have a clue...how to fix...if a cd gets stuck in the cd magazine....pressing the eject button only moves the cd in/out except that nothing much & the idrive cannot read the cd palyer mode!!!

Try using a credit card slipped between the top of the magazine and the top or along the bottom of the changer, as you press eject on the changer...
