Thanks for the help! I have an 04, so I guess none of those will work

Blood, do you know if there is a way to enable to fog lights anytime the headlights are turned on? Automatically or with the switch?

As far as i know the fog lights are only switchable with the panel switch, no auto mode that I know of.

Upgrading NCSEXPER from 3.0.8 to 3.1.0 seem to fix the FA option error in my E60.

I was able to code the following modules:

KOMBI - BC_DIGITAL, aktiv
CAPPL - LEGAL_DISCL, nicht_aktiv

The SG_CODIEREN job for KOMBI module completed succesfully with no error. However SG_CODIEREN job for the CAPPL module returned:

Error in CABD! Look at CABI.ERR and ERROR.LOG!
COAPI-2000: EDIABAS or SGBD error
SYS-0020: BASE OBJECT FILE NOT FOUND

I checked the CAS trace file and LEGAL_DISCL has been set to nicht_activ. The DVD-CCC seems to be working correctly. What went wrong? Should I be concerned?

I have actually encountered odd errors with CAPPL on some cars a few times. The car would refuse to communication for a few times, but then upon tries, it'll code correctly.

So might be the same case for you.

You could change the PWM value for the fog to make them bright all the time. But then you won't be able to switch them off. BUT WHY would you want fogs on all the time.

Thanks to BLooD, nomis_nehc and Bruce for their help, I now have the following coded on my E60:

KOMBI - BC_DIGITAL, aktiv
CAPPL - LEGAL_DISCL, nicht_aktiv
CAS - KOMFORTSCHLIESSUNG_FB, aktiv

My LMA ECU readout did not have any welcome light parameters, so I didn't code those. I always leave my headlight switch in the off position anyway.

On to my E90 next! I understand the modules may have different names on the E90...
