FYI, since doing this and waxing the entire surface of my rims I have yet to use any wheel cleaner. The wax is holding up well enough that all I have to do is use a mini cali dister for the inner rims with car wash soap and a soft brush for the outer.

I always wondered, for those of you who upgraded to a bigger caliper, or painted your oem caliper, how do you keep them clean of brake dust?
I don't think rinsing it will be enough, as we all know BMW's oem pads are nothing but trouble.
