Anyone have instructions on removing the headliner and taking it out?

My Ride: 10 Melbourne Red X6M

I have a black headliner set but i have no clue on how to swap it. I can remove the pillars but have no idea on how to remove the headliner itself and get it out of the car. Anyone have a BMW DIY? Thanks
