Hello. I made this retrofit but have one question. What gives additional solar sensor? I already had one, it brightens clocks and new ac high panel in tunels etc. Whats the point in adding second one?

The solar sensor you are talking about measures light so it knows when its getting dark to switch on the auto lights etc.
The solar sensor mentioned here detects the heat of the suns rays projected through the windscreen and adjusts the A/C to compensate

Ok. Onem ore with problem. Changed non LCI high IHKA to LCI high IHKA. Moded pin 21, updated software of the ihka with WINkfp and changed VIN to corect one, coded module to car VO list. Everithing works and looks perfect. Only one error - https://photos.app.goo.gl/JoJudNyU9MLd2KQ87
E720 message error (status solar sensor ... ) my solar sensor is in mid speaker grill, LCI one is in RLS sensor on the mirror. Any solution?

Hi blood, sorry to bring this back from the dead.... Again. I have fitted pre lci high from pre lci basic. It all works but I just need coding. Is this something you could do for me, I amin essex as well (big place I know) but I don't mind travelling. Will the coding allow me to adjust vent positions as I can no longer adjust to feet etc.
