Performed today the same procedure as you Rizbel, using the same eye turnbuckle..pretty safe and easy!! Thanks for the tip.
As for the sound, it's just want I wanted in the low rpm's...sounds throatier!!!

BTW what does opening the actuator valve do? make it sound better or less back pressure??

Ya I had to pay when I went... June 2003 I thought it was worth it... the snorkling was toooooooooooo much fun.
