2008 535i air box removal

yeah, i was able to to get it installed, thanks. I really like it. kinda makes me wonder about a JB3 ... but i'm with you - i'm really scared to go into the ecu. btw, i asked terry and he said i would be fine with tuner detection as long as i run it at the default settings. how did you get yours to 75%?

you have to open your jb+ and turn the adjustable dial clockwise to the 3 o'clock position. Also, my software version is pre 29.2 = no tuner detection....I've read a few threads on e90 where default still set off codes, try and find some local with a BT or split one with some local members and crank it up a bit...or just go with the jb3...either way, happy motoring..

yes, SSTT and JB+ both connect to TMAP sensor

Does anybody know if the SSTT for a e90 will work on a e60? I know they now have a part number for the e60 but was curious if there was a difference with the mapping or something. I've sent emails to the vendors about it but have yet to hear anything back.

yes the SSTT for the e90 is the same for the e60....I'd recc the JB+ over the SSTT due to price, adjustability, and customer service from BMS and/or n54tuning.com...
