wood trim/panel scratches

i have poplar wood with beige interior, wenever the sun hits the wood trim i see light scratches. Kind of annoying, does anyone know any product that can get rid of the scratches or cover them up? Also anyone know a good leather cleaner, i have some scuff marks.

Good leather kit:

Leather Master Strong with a leather brush followed by Vital Conditioner then Protection.


Leather brush

As for the trim if you have a light polish you can clean them up by putting some polish on an applicator pad and buffing the light scratches out. (provide your trim is clear coated)
