TOC dealer option: worth it?

Hello,
I just purchased a 07 530i black/beige from Weatherford BMW (CA), and thinking about to take dealer option of TOC (touch of class) that gives paint and leather coating and protection. Thinking about it because beige gets easily dirty while black exterior would also be sensitive. They offered me at $700 to do it.
Do you think that's worth the money?
Thanks in advance!

No. Paint protection is waxing. Leather coating, well I don't know about that but I think you can probably pick up some leather protectant somewhere for a lot less than the dealer.

I think $700 is a rip off for that kind of service.
