OK....i shouldn't have done it. I tried to pour coffee into my cup from a thermos while it set in my cub holder. Upon hitting a dip in the road, I ended up pouring some in the air vent right next to the cubholder.

I know....not too smart/bright!

Now when I turn on the air, it smells like coffee.

Any ideas on how to "clean" the vent duct????
Are you closed to Sunnyvale during work days? I can help you clean it up for just a lunch and a "grande coffee frappucino easy-ice with whipped cream on top" from Starbucks.
As long as coffee did not spill and stick to the central fan, it can easily clean up. Remove center woodtrim will enable you to access center vent and you can clean it up as long as you want.
To remove center woodtrim, pry it out from pass. side with a flat head screw driver covered with cloth. Then, disconnect central lock/hazard light button and voila. You can take time to clean it as long as you like.

Good luck!
