OK....i shouldn't have done it. I tried to pour coffee into my cup from a thermos while it set in my cub holder. Upon hitting a dip in the road, I ended up pouring some in the air vent right next to the cubholder.

I know....not too smart/bright!

Now when I turn on the air, it smells like coffee.

Any ideas on how to "clean" the vent duct????

1 thing you can do is use a old toothbrush and water to clean it or better still take the front trim out and you can clean the insides too.

What's wrong with the smell of fresh coffe every morning?

That's a good idea, should try it myself!

To make you feel better...
My daughter was sick and she threw up big time in my car, got to the rear vent, the seats, you name it....

coffee isn't too bad, although it won't be fresh =P
just try to use a damp paper towel with the help of a toothbrush to try sneak into the recess area.
