I've long been a fan of the california car duster, in my hot dry climate where it can go weeks without raining, my car doesn't get dirty, it gets dusty. 5 minutes with the duster and it looks good as new.

I took my older full-sized car duster and tried it out on my wheels, and it works very well. In 5 minutes I can make the wheels look almost as clean as freshly washed, with very little effort and no getting my hands dirty. It's great every 3 days or so between washes.

I haven't 'washed' my car in 2 weeks and it still looks clean.

I know this has been discussed before, but I thought I would put it out there since we are always complaining about the brake dust. I have been using the duster on BMWs for 3 years and never thought until recently about using them on the wheels.

I have use the California Car Duster for many years and works great! My car is always looking clean but I have not thought about using it to dust off my wheels. Thanks for the great tip and I will find my old California Car Duster to use for my wheels...

Just curious, do you guys use the same duster on the wheels as you do on your paint?

Man, I thought you knew us better than that

Different dusters for the paint and the wheels man. Different dusters. Gotta love the paint.

I completely agree. A must have especially with a dark color.

Man, you don't need a car duster in Pittsburgh, you need your own personal carwash. At least from November to March.

Just making sure bro.

Silver can go a good week and half without looking dirty though.
