Hey Team...

So today I got a 3 hour detail job for $130.

The guy did ok. He washed, clayed, waxed my car. There were some light straches and waterspots that are now either gone or less visible . I wasnt too impressed with the detail since... he didnt take out the excess wax from places and didnt even wipe down the door jams. I can live with that... BUT the one major issue I have is that it now looks like the chrome around my windows are spotted. Its like waterspots that won't wipe off.

Do you think some chemical he used caused this spotting? Can they be brought back to the orginal shine they were before this detail?

By the way.. the name of the place is Xtreme Auto Detailing in San Diego.

Thanks guys!

$130 is cheap. You gotta pay to get a good job done. A full Paint Perfection detail for the exterior is going to run you $300-$500.
