what's the purpose of this?
Does it make washing it easier or what?
might want to buy one, but if it's just spraying the car and has no real purpose then it's not worth it.
can anyone who has one tell me more about this.

I'm in the process of getting one.
Save some money......
Basically the concept behind it is to let the car soak (5 min. or so) and let the soap do its work. So when you come by with your wool mit or whatever you use you just need to lightly go over the paint and it will take all the grime away with out scrubbing (which could lead to swirls in the clear coat). Plus with all the soap the foam gun makes its more lubrication between your wool mit and paint. Saves some time also.

Come on guys, get a foam lance, hooked up to a pressure washer...
They're absolutely amazing, regular low pressure hose attachments are suddenly so boring and useless.

thanks guys.
i have already spent about 1500$ just ordering detailing supplies.
Should last me for a year or so. lol.
i am tellling you, I keep getting all kinds of microfiber towels, clays, and stuff.
I guess it's better than blowing it on some other stuff.
