My Ride: 535D M Sport June 2006 - M Spoiler,Carbon Black, Biege Leather, Sat Nav,CD Changer, Bluetooth, Voice,Heated Front Seats,Folding Wing Mirrors,Xenons with Adaptive Headlights and wash, TV Function, 19inch 172's with mixed non run flats.

I am due to collect ( in UK ) my new Carbon Black 535d in 3 or 4 weeks and dealer has recommended a paint protection system, no trade name yet, but I have asked for full details before making a decision. Have any of you guys ( or gals ) any experience, recommendations etc regarding such treatments ( both inside and out ).

the overwhelming majority of opinion is that the dealer installed 'paint protection' is a rip-off.
youre better off just buying a bottle of synthetic wax (like autoglym in the UK) and doing it yourself.

My Ride: 535d Sport Carbon Black, Black Dakota leather, Media Package, Bluetooth, Bi-xenon headlamps, adaptive headlamps, auto dimming interior mirror, heated folding door mirrors, electric front seats with drivers memory, heated front seats, extended light package, sun protection glass, electrically adjustable steering column, automatic air conditioning.
