Google CD-2 and there are many places selling it. I doubt it can be shipped by air to HK. Spray cans are prohibited on planes.

I was searching for CD-2 and found only the engine cleaner. Is the engine varnish labeled another name?

Also, Once you spray the CD-2 Engine Cleaner on, and you said in 10 minutes, wash away, you mean use a hose and spray it down?

And once it is dry from the Engine cleaner, apply the varnish and let it sit / dry?

Thanks in advance!

The engine varnish is called "engine detailer". I buy them in a kit containing one can of engine cleaner and one can of detailer.
The procedure I use is:
1. Turn a cold engine on for a couple of minutes (You can still touch it with bare hands)
2. Turn off engine and spray the engine cleaner on the engine. There is no need to cover anything.
3. Let it sit for 10 minutes (assuming your engine is in reasonable condition and not left uncleaned for 10years)
4. Hose it off. There is no need for extreme water pressure.
5. wipe out major water spots. (I usually drive it around the block so the water gets off the engine)
6. Spray on the CD-2 detailer. It usually takes half a can.
7. You're done

with the no. 6 do you wait for the car to cooled down after you take it for a spin for a few hrs or do you just spray it on right after you come back from the drive?

Sorry to be a pain, but I cant seem to find the Cd-2 engine cleaner anywhere.

I've googled it and searched all stores, and nothing comes up. Only thing that comes up is Cd-2 Engine Detailer.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to get the Cd-2 Engine Cleaner? Any website?

Thanks again E60M5E60
