well done! I also like how you documented the process as you went along. the owner must have been thrilled. How on earth was there so much overspray?

Absolutley incredible work!

If you don't mind me asking, how much did this whole detail cost?

it was paint from subway overpass bridge. thanks for the compliments. ive been taking more pics in my writeups. if i was reading a writeup i would rather see more pics with less typing. the pics should tell the story from start to end.

thanks again.

thanks man! i got a good number for this car but like all big jobs, after it was done i felt like it was worth more money. its all good. i got the job from a friend of a friend so im happy about that. the car came out amazing but too bad it was picked up with clouds in the sky. i was dying for some sun shots but old man weather screwed me on that one lol.

thanks again!

I wish you were closer to LI. My X5 needs a nice job, but I can't have it gone for 2 days, since it's the wife's daily driver.

its only a 2 day job if i do a complete clear coat correction under halogen light inspection.

i can do a nice light to medium polish & wax with a complete interior shampoo & leather treatment in the same day. if the truck is in decent shape it can be done unrushed in about 5.0 hours. let me know if you can steal the car from the wife for half of a day. tell her to stay home that day & take a break from shopping lol.

=)

LOL! I would, if she didn't work. I'll see if she'll take the M to work one day instead. I'm not a huge fan of her driving that car, so I'll need to figure it out.
