Esterol Blue E46 M3 with some oil based paint dots on about 1/4 of the car.

i felt bad for the customer since he just picked the car up last month.

wetsanding is something i learned a long, long time ago when i was first starting out in the body shop. i cant believe it was 13 years ago. time goes by quick! im getting old but i still feel as time goes on i continue to get better at what i do.

there were a few paint chips on the left wiper, cowl & drivers side matte black window molding & little strip of rubber in between. i was unable to remove the paint from these areas. i saved the paint on each panel, the glass & the left headlight.

no paint got on the sunroof molding or windshield molding, i was surprised!

the paint chips were tough to remove. this happened 2 weeks ago so it was already hardened by the time i got my hands on the car.
