I use a wet towel after washing the car or will dampen a towel and wipe down the interior - I also keep a microfiber towel in glove box for dusting when I am waiting to pick up kids- unless you are refreshing the leather - I think a wet towel works best - if the car being clean is really dirty - I use Formula 409 multi-surface with a toothbrush or towel and then follow up with a wet towel to remove any trace of the 409 - also wipe down the leather as needed after a wash - then treat as needed

I have found Mister Clean Magic Eraser very good to clean all the plastic and vinyl parts. Then use a thin layer of Aerospace 303. For leather I like Zaino Z-9 Leather Soft Spray Cleaner and Z-10 Leather in a Bottle http://www.zainostore.com/

Griot's Interior Cleaner is excellent, but I also often use a highly diluted Woolite/water solution. It seems to do an excellent job and is also mild. I use a damp, thoroughly wrung-out microfiber cloth to do the cleaning.

I occasionally use a specialized leather cleaner and follow up with a leather conditioner. Most recently I've used Pinnacle, but I'm not yet convinced that it's any better than Lexol, which is widely available (and less expensive).

I follow up with 303 Protectant.

For the plastic and vinyl I use Meguiar's Quik Detailer for its ease of use, for the leather I use a combination of Leatherique rejuvenator and Prestige Clean. For the wood, I just use whatever spray wax I feel like.
