Looks great, C! I missed this post somehow till now. I thought I was a nut about washing and waxing, but you just re-defined the word for me! It's good to see some "newer" photos of your gleaming ride! Man, those rims are sweet....they just look so damned familiar.
It was also nice to get a view of the cockpit for once. I love those pedals! I'll have to post some new ones of mine some day soon. I don't quite go to your lengths to wash and wax, but it still comes out looking shiny and smooth.
Your poor wife!
Does she refer to your car as your "girlfriend on the side?" And is that your shack of a house in the background?

Crabman, I assume you also have a California Duster? I dust my car everyday and use either Meguiar's Quik Detailer or Zaino Z8 Grand Finale every few days and my car is usually nice and shiny for over a week between washes.

I dust everyday and before I detail spray so there's little to none dust particles to spread around. But you're right, my car conceals imperfections better.
It's Q-end my friend, always hectic.

Wow! You guys are true Forum readers up that early in the AM. It's mid-morning here in the northeast. Just like the others I thought I was fanatical about detailing. I'll spend 12 hours detailing, however I'm taking a page out of your book this time and will detail mine over 4 days. The reason for this is 1) not much time each day, 2) I don't have the proper tools as you have. I've never used an orbital before and I'm a little intimidated by it(Any suggestions would be appreciated). Not to mention I'm not sure which brand/model to purchase, and I'm one of those that researches everything to death. So I'll use my Zaino & Groits products by hand and just take my time over every inch of my 5. I read your product list and I've read about some new products out(Ultima, CG109). I just got used to using Zaino (although a long process) and now I've got determine if these products are as good or surpass Zaino. Well if you've got anymore tips I'd love to hear them. And when are you moving to the east coast? We need some help over here. Detailers are hard to come by, and we're not even sure what products they use.
