As the title states, my CPO X5 has just run out of warranty. Does anyone know a good shop who specializes in bimmers who has reasonable pricing?

In Cosa Mesa there is Bullet 714-556-4269(ask for Mickey), and in Irvine there is another place called Auto Craft, ask for James or Feroush 949-453-0555. They are both good guys and only work on BMW's - prices will vary depending obviously on the job, but hourly is about $100 bucks. I have also heard of really good place caleld Golden Auto on Campus between Bristol and MacArthur, they haven't worked on my car (05' 545) but i have heard really good comments about them.
good luck.

I go to Orange Independent on Main Street in Orange. Rick is the owner. He's been there for about 25 years. He only works on VWs and BMWs. Good and honest man.

Let me know where exactly you're located. I work at a large parts distributors. We specialize in european vehicles. I can ask someone in sales for a good shop in your area.

I've only heard some people talk about:

Brad's Motor Werke's

Newbury Park, CA

I've never used them myself yet, but in a Google search for recommendations, there has been a couple positives.
