I'm getting ready to order a 530Xi in a few months and would appreciate some feedback on sales and service experiences at these dealers (Rallye, Bayside, Oyster Bay).

Thanks in advance.

dealerrater.com

bayside is considered especially horrendous in both service and sales. i tried to negotiate with them on an e60 and found them really bad.

rallye seems ok, a very big dealership. have heard bad things in terms of service.
have no info on OB.
heard habberstad has good sales deals.

have u considered bmw manhattan? found their internet sales people to be quite good. and since they are owned by bmw north america, i can imagine their service department is super high-tech.

I have a dealer I know at Rallye if you wish to go that big dealer route, though I do no use them, or Id suggest Hassel BMW, which I use, and I know a dealer there as well...

i wouldnt suggest Bayside or Manhattan... pm me if you want any names...

I ordered two cars from BMW of Oyster Bay two months ago and will take European Delivery next Friday. Except for some last minute paperwork snafu that was thier fault, which I have since forgiven, I highly recommend them for the great price I got. Rallye would not discount on European Delivery, but BMW OB did.

Ask for the sales manager, Steve, and he'll know who it was from whom you got the recommendation if you mention that someone who just ordered two cars still recommended him.
