Maybe it's in New York at the port awaiting billing information? I don't know...

It said it was waiting for a trasport ship. So, it must mean it is in germany. When it is not.

You are getting some great options on your E60.

Why did you go with the 525?

I never test drove and E60 525

I had an E39 530 and wanted to upgrade to 545i

Thanks!

I love your options as well! I was SO close to going with the Orient Blue as well.

The car was approaching $50k (even though I did get $1k over invoice) with all the options. I test drove a 525i with the sport pkg and thought it still offered enough "get up and go".

I would have liked to go with the 530 (for obvious reasons), but just couldn't justify another 5k. That's just about over my head considering my wife and I will probably try to start a family later this year.

That is reason enough.

You will have a better time with that than any car can give you.

Good Luck!!!!

my car has been sitting at port of exit since 2/13 the Don Quijote arrived and left on the 2/18 but the 1800 # owners circle tell me still waiting to be shipped. and the cargo tracking says No tracking information is available for the Cargo ID you entered) i am hoping that it just takes a while for teh info to be updated. Please let me know if u have had a simple situation.

thanks,

brian

My car docked on the 15th. The dealer says it was processed and ready to go on the truck. The BMW site still says "en route"

That isn't at all good tracking info!!!

More info on tracking...

"Beyond the BMW and W&W online tracking services . . .

If your vehicle has cleared the VPC and is released to the trucking company, you can use the following information to track vehicle delivery to the dealer. Be prepared to provide the last 7 digits of the vehicle VIN to the dispatcher.

Bavarian Motor Transport (BMT) / Tristar
