Zuppy51, please note - Original Owners Protection Plan is available only to the Original Owner. Not sure what plan your dealer offered, maybe he was just forcing it through. Official BMW policy is to offer the plan only to the original owner.
amolwankhede: I think a brake job and oil change would cost about the same as the maintenance plan. Why bother unless your car needs the brakes done soon.
