Ask your SA to get Vehicle Inquiry : Status report, and you can find various info on it. There are vessel name, voyage no., estimated departure, actual departure, etc... Sometimes SA does not want to do it, but you should pursuade him. It is really worth looking at.

2 months from VIN number to delivery? Mine is on the way to the port of exit now, what's the hold up on yours?
