I just picked up my car from Assael BMW for service. I had the 1 year scheduled oil change, the grounding wire recall, and the iDrive reprogrammed. I brought the car in and during the walk around I told the service advisor to note that I had custom wheels and they were in mint condition. The service advisor said, "Oh it's ok, it should be fine. None of the service being performed requires the wheels to be removed." Me being the idiot, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I always had bad experiences with vehicle service. MY previous car was an Audi and I always left the dealership with a new scratch. So I picked up my car and what do I notice? Two dents in my wheel and chunks of tire missing.

I'm beyond pissed right now. I called back the service advisor and told him about it. He said for me to bring the car in tomorrow so a Service Manager can take a look at it. I'm sure nothing is going to get done. Argh.

I'd be livid!... so sorry to see that... hopefully Assael will own up to their mistake and fix it.

Tough one , but stay cool and present the problem to them professionally , the lot jockeys ALWAYS play with the cars if they get a chance. The rim looks like a relatively straight ahead repair . The tire is not repairable but it likely isn't dangerous either( I would want a 3rd party perspective though ie a GOOD tire shop)

Good Luck ( and stay cool , it helps )
