My Ride: 2010 M5 alpine white, black full leather, etc.
Do any of you call up your service dept. only to always be put interminably on hold or to have to leave voice mail messages? This applies to everyone from the appointment desk people to my service advisor to the parts dept.
I find the dept. is only reachable if they call me. Half of the time calls are returned if I do leave a message. This has happened at several different dealer service centers that I use from time to time.
It really becomes rather frustrating if a decision has to be made on how much or how little work is really necessary. If I don't decide on the spot I may have to wait half the day to give them my answer.
If I decide on another course of action the phone tag game continues and continues and.....

I just call and ask for BMW service, and from there I have the person I am speaking to find my SA, it has been very effective, and avoids the annoying "leave a message after the beep!!"
