for being nice to the SA really helped (bought him a box of donuts)
even it took my car a few weeks to get fixed, they compensated me ($1100) and even changed my shift knob because it has some scratches on it. so it turned out ok for me

i have to say,the sales end of it was great when i got my car. sales guy really knew what he was doing.. the service end of it..... well i had some prob`s strached a rim, got in to an argument with bme of manhattan of bullshit... the sales end great the service not the best.... in manhattan anyway, but in brooklyn, its the best fast.. loaner if needed, drive me to the train and pick me up. real nice...

BMW dealership in Dubai is horrible. There is a decent SA there who tries as hard as he can, but he's swimming up stream at what really seems like a crooked business.

I'm in the UK and have had to use the dealer for some warranty work. My local dealer (not the supplying dealer) had the car booked in for some work. They inspected the car before it was booked in to varify the claim. Had the car in to do the work then after I had left the car with them decided they were not willing to do the work as they had not supplied the car!!. Have had bad dealings with Sytner Coventry before but thought I'd give them one last chance, never again....rubbish sales, rubbish service and rubbish attitude. I now stick with Nick Whale BMW at Warwick who have been brilliant.
