I just took in my car to Santa Monica BMW to have a coolant leak problem fixed since it's really close to my work and where I live and I have a warranty on my car (or else I'd go to an Indy shop). But now that I'm home and decided to google some reviews, I'm getting really worried. They have 1.5 stars on Yelp and everyone talks about how bad their service department is by overcharging, upselling, and not fixing or solving the problem. I haven't seen reviews this bad and consistent since... never! However, my first experience was good, they checked my coolant problem and gave me a price and told me exactly what was wrong. I even called back and denied work on my car which they said was fine and my car was ready when I got back. Has anyone been there and can comment on their service? I also heard that things get stolen and I have a ton of junk (not all of it actual junk) that I left in my car... gotta love stealerships...
