Ronnie, Roadshow's detail dept is not good. Email me and I will provide you with extension numbers and cell phones for the Sales manager and General manager if need be, the cell phone for the BMW Southern Region service Rep and the Sales Reps and the numbers to the BMW Southern Region Market Manager. Roadshow is not a BMWNA owned store, it is owned by Jerry Patton, whos son is the GM(Randy Patton). I can help you get "whole", and glad to do so.
