I have to admit that I am completely happy with Circle BMW in Central NJ - Shrewsbury. The sales person was very nice. I have had my car in for service 3 times (oil change, dvd player replace, phone install) and each time I have had a loaner (X5, X3, X3). I liked them so much my wife purchased a 05 330 from them. Her car has been in for service 2x. She got a Z4 and a X3. The last time our cars were actually in at the same time, because mine took 2 weeks due to backorder of parts. We both had the X3. I was a little upset though because my loaner had 645 miles on it and hers only had 260 or so, so hers was newer When I returned my loaner I had put 1400 miles on it, almost double what it had when I got it.

They will also let you select cars if they have a few in. I think they have at least 20 loaners because the X3 that I had was loaner #20 or #22, forget which.

Plus they wash my car after service, even the dires were dressed.

This dealer is actually about 30 miles from me and there is one that is about 7 miles from me (King BMW) but they were more expensive, not comunicative during the sales process and not as pleasant.
