You got a Sharon? Man, they gave me a Vince!
Sharon will usually satisfy. But when it comes to looks, Vince might be the best choice.

I have to weigh in on this one. My dealer is Concours Motors in Milwaukee. I also purchased my 02 E430 from them. I bring my cars in any time I need to, and they always have a new BMW or MB for me. The shop is clean enough to eat off of the floor, and as soon as you pull up your service advisor greets you and takes it from there. The car is always returned washed like new. My dealer calls at least once a month to make sure everything is okay - i am really impressed with these guys. I accidentally etched my paint by "buffing" my car with dry bird crap, and they wetsanded my car for free! They have a high standard, though, to keep up to my Lexus dealer (Lexus of Westport, I won't use the Manhattan dealerships).

My dealer is Kalfsbeek in Wateringen. I dealed with two SA's Jurgen and Kevin. Both very nice guys to deal with, very helpfull and very patient. Service advisors are John and Cor and they are serious about their job. When they promiss to call back the really do it and if something isn't done right and I complain the tech is called to explain what he did or did not do. I am very satisfied by this dealer. When I walk in they know me by name and what car I drive by head (incredible).

I also dealt with Breeman in Rotterdam with my previous car. Good SA worst service I ever had on a car. I had a convertible and some idiot cleaned his greasy fingers on it (really happened). My roof was damaged by it and it took them three tries to clean it. They suck and I'll never go back there for service.

i voted "poor" instead of "looking for another dealer" just because we only have one bmw dealer in this island . i think that explains why i rated them poor. i want to tell my story but i think some of you guys already heard about it. it's a long story and i don't want everybody... .

Unbelievably horrible service at 2 local dealerships. Decent service at 1 dealership (but it's 2.5 hours away). I'm left with no one I want to take my car to.

I was going to vote "looking for another dealer" but that is not a real choise for me...

Last one: i had them check a noise in drivers door. as a result, the full close window does not work anymore.

My service guys are pretty good; the dealership is close to my house (thank God, since the car's always there); they give me good loaner cars; and they detail my car every time it's in the shop.

So, a decent experience overall. However, if the car was out of warranty and I had to pay for the repairs plus find a rental car, I'd be mad as hell.
