Have them check the wheel alignment as well.

I can sometimes still hear a "muffled" squeak and it is pretty annoying (although it is better than it was before). Any ideas?

 

Crevier BMW (biggest dealership in the U.S.) has dinged my rims TWICE. Also, on two seperate occasions they have dinged my door and scratched my bumper. It is unbelievable how poorly the dealerships seem to treat our vehicles while in their care. This is the case with Crevier, at least. Anyone else have similar problems?

 

Crevier BMW's lot is kind of small. Why you said it is biggest dealership in the US?

 

crevier bmw was actually the ones who curbed my rim. they have had my car since tuesday. they told me i should get it back tommorow with the rim looking like new. lets see how it looks. I am just getting tired of leaving my car there so many times. its usually not a 1 day thing always 3-7 days. i am going to bitch at them to give another 04 5 series as a loaner from now on. ( i dont think that will happend though! )

 

why is it that if they know that people are complaining about noisy doors, broken cup holders, air bag lights on, ect. these are problems many other 5series are having. why not perform this check once on all 04 5 series that come in so we wont have to keep on coming back once a month!
