i had my car for over 2 months 4300 miles (525 lease) and i found out that it has
alot of
problems.. im not sure every 04 e60 have all the problems i have but
im angry that a new car has these lots of problems. so i want 2 return my car
and get a new one like 05 models. i would understand if i bought an used one but i
bought a brand new one. so i want get a new car and want a 530 wit same
options plus smg. so i want 2 find out is it possible 2 tell dealers that im angry of that and
want a new 05 530.(of course paying more money). i just dont want 2 drive it
anymore. so is it possible 2 trade in a lease 525 with new 530 paying more
payment??

I'm sure the dealer doesn't mind, but it's the lease company you need to talk to. Sounds expensive though, unless you can get the dealer or BMW to "contribute".

Hate to break the bad news, but you haven't "bought" the car. It's a lease contract. Best hope is to make a Lemon Law claim and seek replacement. May have to pursue parallel trajectories with BMWNA and your lease company. Good luck--wouldn't surprise me if the lease company is the tougher nut to crack.
Recommend you keep a detailed log of all problems, days in shop, transcripts of conversations with service managers, etc., if you intend to pursue a Lemon claim. Otherwise you're looking at beaucoup bucks to get out of your lease in all probability.

i think that's a s/w problem and they won't take your car back just for this.? they'll be more than happy to take you car as a trade-in but you'll take a hit
.? they'll probably give you a bit discount off the new one but don't expect too much since your car isn't "problematic" compare to others.
