I went in this morning early, My climate control keeps turning on after i press off so i figured have them check it out, I needed a oil change, and then my right front brake is making that lovely high pitch squeel when coming to a stop. I had the pad service less than 2 weeks ago. The service guy says he cant do anything, cause im not covered. I was WTF?? I told him I have 6/yr100 on both plans. Then the service guy says oh BMW's website is down so I cant verify your warranty. Yet others are getting their cars in and out. I told the service guy screw it just change the oil, let the brakes fry!! you'll have to replace them anyways so, I am still in shock 2 years plus buying my car there and I got shunned. Who has a corporate BMW number I can call.
I swear my GF's Mini problem no this BS. Oh LOL that crappy bmw survey keeps callling and calling and calling bunch of hound dogs

I had same problem with A/C.
Turns on automatically no matter how many times I press OFF button.
Funny thing is, it never happens when I take into dealer to check.
I have warranty till 100,000 miles (I am assuming Powertrain Warranty) but I don't have the maintenace warranty.
