I have decided to extend my lease and commit (via deposit) to the new "550" in the Fall. I have not told the dealer this yet, but I did confirm that I would be first in line for a new 550 built to buyer's specs (I'll get the kitchen sink!) if I put the deposit down.

Given that there is no pricing info, etc. yet and probably won't be until late Summer, how do I keep from paying sticker given that they will have me a bit over the barrel? I suppose I can get them to commit to a set reduction to sticker or a set amount over dealer invoice. I wonder, with the buzz over the new "550", whether they'll commit to anything.

Any thoughts??

In my experiences, I find it's always best to negotiate a price of "X" over invoice and not something under MSRP...

Welcome aboard. You will love this forum. I agree with above. If the dealer isn't williing to do x over invoice, try another dealer.

By the way, where are you located. People in your area might be able to help you.
