Greetings,

I am a new member to this board and just placed an order for a 545i through the ED program for pick up in mid March.

I plan to make this a male bonding trip with my 9 year old son who's also crazy about BMW's (this will be my 11th Bimmer). We're going to visit Munich, Fussen, Geneva, South France, Paris and then drop off the car in Frankfurt. So we are looking to put plenty of miles on the new car!

We currently have a 530i but the lease ends in June, just in time when the new one should be arriving in the US.

Have a question about the lease, I can't remember the old one. Does everyone pay a 'Disposition Fee" and a "Security Deposit", or if you're going from one lease to another are these waived?

I am on only my 2nd BMW, and I had the fees waived by the dealer.
