Started the car and it said "Service Soon", and then 800 miles remain before oil service is due. I guess since I'm at 14700 miles, the oil and filter service is at 15,500? Do I have the entire 800 remaining miles, or should I take it in soon? 800 miles can take me 2 months to put on...

Take it in. It's close enough to the service interval. That's what I've done in the past. Dealership didn't have a problem with it.
