I realize today is just July 1st, but I hpefull that lease rates will come down, I don't believe sales have been as steller as some of the local dealers would have you to believe. Anyone out their shopping, please share your experience, strengths and whatever

I just picked up my car a few days ago and was talking to my C/A about inventory and he said they are all sold out for the summer. The best they could do is something in Sept at the earliest. I think BMW has really enjoyed some nice sales figures this year.
Now if you want a Porsche, thats a different story. They have several slots that have not been used.

I got 0.0015 on a new 07 M5 through BMWFS. Dealer had 2 left on lot and in addition to receiving 10K discount from MSRP the lower money factor resulted in a significant reduction in the monthly payment. My new monthly payment is only $85 more than my 07 550, even with zero down and 18K miles compared to 15K on the 550! Will post pics soon.

Is it me or is it the more I think about the deal the more it seems to be an investment. I could put this car on swapa lease in two months and ask for 4k back!
