The headlight washers are standard with the xenons.
I don't think so. I have no head light washers and have never needed. I use Rain-X sometimes, but other than a few bugs, the lights stay clean.
JDN, are you sure you have Xenons ?
I know for sure it is standard on Xenons in Germany.
Pretty sure. They are active. I have SMG Sports Package.

Now that I read it again and again, I am now not so sure. Think that it is the same as before.

I.e. to get the smg you need the sport package a la Mr. Belk.

I would imagine that the note would have to say "ZSP(sport package) must be ordered with 206(smg)" for it to be the case of not allowing a 6manual or steptronic.
I think you're right. I didn't read it "the other way" until just now. This morning, no matter how many times I read it, it looked like you could only get the sports package if you chose SMG. It makes much better sense now. There's no way I'd have believed that they would eliminate the other transmission choices from the mix!

He did not give you the "whole" story. BMW DID discontinue Titanium Gray(code 892), but they replaced it with Titanium Gray II (code A36). The best estimate on when this actually happened is starting Sep. 2003 production. I know in a lot of places (including the order guide) they just call it Titanium Gray (without the "II"). But if you check the paint ID label under the hood of a newer E60 it has the "II" on there, as well as the new code A36.

For the Cold Weather Package with Ventilated Seats+Nasca you need to order the heated steering wheel and headlight washers as seperate line items. Basically there is no provision for a credit when ordering CWP + Ventilated seats, so BMW requires you to order each line item.

My bummer with black ventilated seats is that you can't get anthracite trim!

I'm waiting on my dealer to confirm my config and hopefully get allocation shortly. Will advise once my order gets confirmed.

Also a BIG bummer (Kigerka, you reading)... Sat Radio or Sat Radio prep is STILL unorderable with Nav!! I'm hoping either the wire harness supports a retro or this is an error.

I'm happy with MY2005 as Nasca+Ventilated is what I really wanted....

What I'd like to see is a few more color choices. Something like an Imola Red with a Cinnamon interior would be mouth watering.

Also more interior trim choices would be heathy. Maybe Alcantara and possibly silver or black cube trim.

BTW, has anyone seen a green e60?

It is more or less the same shade as TG I, except there is no green in it that I can see. If you remember, you could see some green in the TG I in certain lighting conditions. With TG II that is gone (at least I haven't been able to see it).

I've seen the Olivine Green, but not the Oxford Green. I liked it, thought was a bit lighter in person than it looks on the web site or in the book.
